I always dreamed of building a house that replicated the atmosphere and likeness of a modern museum. It can be attributed to my love for all sorts of art. Painting is a hobby of mine, and I’d like to hang them around my house (or should I say, my personal museum).
As much as I love painting, architecture wasn’t a field I never excelled at. I may know how to visualise creative aesthetics, but carefully constructing them in reality is a different story. It takes more than just creativity to excel in architecture. It takes a combination of science and mathematics to construct a tangible house with pretty visuals.
Orchestrating my museum would take more than just any expert. To solve my problem, I needed to hire one of the top architecture firms in Singapore. I went to AR43 to consult them for housing solutions.

Since I wanted my home to look like a modern museum, I took inspiration from contemporary houses in Singapore. One house I took inspiration from was a courtyard house located at 29 Windsor Park. It reminded me of these advanced housing structures from science-fiction films.
I love Blade Runner so much! The house I wanted to get built resembles a miniature home that’s reminiscent of Blade Runner’s art style and architecture. The monolithic towers and confined hallways give me a futuristic and Gothic vibe combined. To emulate the atmosphere of Blade Runner, I had to get help from one of the top architecture firms in Singapore.
