To make your marble tiles look in its prime for a long time, here are tips on how to maintain it properly:
Dust mop. Remove dirt from your marble tiles regularly with a soft, natural dust mop. Avoid using strong chemicals.
Use rugs, and mats. Doing this will lessen the dirt as people wipe their feet before entering the marble flooring.
Mind the vacuum cleaner. When using a vacuum cleaner in cleaning your marble floor, make sure to use only the brush attachments as plastic, and metal attachments might scratch your floor. Never use an upright vacuum that might destroy the marble flooring finish.
Do not wipe the spills. Wiping the spills will only spread the liquid. The proper way is to blot the spill with mild dish soap, and water. Wipe the solution off, and dry the marble with a gentle cloth.

Never use vinegar, and other strong solutions. When dried soap has clouded your marble tiles, never use vinegar, and other strong solutions when taking them off. Use pH natural cleaners that are safe for marble tiles.
